Kasih setia Tuhan. Amsal 20:6 Banyak orang menyebut diri baik hati, tetapi orang yang setia, siapakah menemukannya?
Setia itu mahal makanya tidak bisa dilakukan orang murahan. Setia berhubungan dengan perjanjian, bukan obral janji. Seperti pernikahan ada perjanjian, banyak masalah, tapi harus tetap setia.
Arti kata Setia : berpegang teguh, tetap dan teguh hati. Dalam Perjanjian Lama = emunah =kokoh tdk tergoyahkan. Dalam Perjanjian Baru = pistos = dapat/layak dipercaya, taat.
1) Konsisten tetap tidak berubah
– iman ikut Tuhan
– hidup dalam firman-Nya
Jangan tukar hal yang kekal dengan yang tidak kekal
Contoh Konsisten Yusuf Kejadian 39:10-13 Setiap hari digoda istri Potifar, namun tetap konsisten tidak tergoda
Contoh tidak konsisten Salomo 1 Raja 3:14, 11:4. Berhikmat, diperkenan Tuhan namun tidak konsisten, di saat tua mencondongkan hati pada Tuhan
2) Bertanggung jawab 
Matius 25:14-30 talenta melambangkan semua kemampuan, waktu, sumber daya, dan kesempatan yg sudah Tuhan beri, tanggung jawab: menguasakan dan memelihara (Kej 2:15)
Kehidupan kita titipan dari Tuhan, harus bertanggung jawab, tidak masuk dalam dosa, melakukan sepenuhnya untuk kemuliaan Tuhan. Penghasilan, anak, istri juga titipan Tuhan harus dipergunakan dengan penuh tanggung jawab. Tidak menyimpan dendam dan saling memaafkan, buat sesuatu yg Lebih baik
Tanggung jawab mulai dari perkara kecil. Lukas 16:10a. If you can do great things, do small things with great hearts

Setia Tuhan akan angkat

3) Komitmen = perjanjian keterikatan untuk melakukan sesuatu. kehendak bebas – keputusan – komitmen. Komitmen = orang yang bertahan sampai akhir, orang yang menyelesaikan apa yang dimulai
Komitmen dapat menyelesaikan  tujuan akhir
Hidup dengan Yesus bukan tanpa masalah, tapi bersama Yesus apapun masalahnya tidak masalah

Mengapa harus setia?
1) Karena org yg terpanggil, terpilih dan setia yg akan hidup kekal bersama Tuhan Why 17:14. Responi panggilan Tuhan dengan setia
2) karena hidup kita hrs menghasikan buah Roh gal 5:22-23 yg orang lain bisa menikmati dampaknya
3) Allah kita Allah yg setia Ul 7:9 & Mzm 89:34-35
Ibrani Cheched = kasih setia Tuhan yang didasarkan pada perjanjian Mzm 94:18
