Maleakhi 4:1-6 ditulis sekitar 430-420 SM
Maleakhi = utusanku, malakhiya = utusan Tuhan. Teman Yehezkiel. Setelah itu 400 tahun tidak ada Nabi. Dan terakhir Nabi Yohanes
1) Perjumpaan Allah dgn orang yg dikasihi
2) Allah hadir dalam hidup kita
– hukuman bagi orang tidak percaya
– memulihkan dan mengubahkan yang tidak  baik menjadi baik 
 
1) Bertobat
Yeremia 24:7 bertobat. Hari Tuhan = kedatangan Tuhan. Zakaria 9:1-10 Raja kita datang membawa keselamatan. 2 Petrus 3:9-10
Bertobat = mencari wajah Allah dan mencari jalan yang benar, diawali dengan kesadaran ada kesalahan / kekurangan / dosa, kehendak Allah jangan ada yang biasa, tapi punya pengetahuan akan kebenaran

Hiduplah kudus, seperti seolah besok adalah akhir zaman. Bertobatlah dan berbalik kepada Allah. 
2) Hidup takut akan Tuhan
Amsal 10:27 takut akan Tuhan memperpanjang umur. 1 Korintus 8:9 kebebasan jangan jadi batu sandungan bagi yang lemah. Takut akan Tuhan terlihat dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Bersyukur dan mengandalkan Tuhan
 
3) Ingatlah Tairat Tuhan.
Hidup sesuai Firman dan hukum Allah. Ul 28:12
 
4) Menjaga kerukunan, bereskan kehidupan.
Keintiman dalam Tuhan dan keluarga. Mazmur 133:3. Hiduplah mulai dalam kerukunan keluarga. Yohanes : mempersiapkan gereja Tuhan mulai dari keluarga, sehingga hidup kita menjadi umat yang diperlengkapi. Tertanam dalam gereja shg bertumbuh dan berbuah. Kehidupan rohani berakar dalam Kristus.
